Provide us with the details for your labels: the image to use, the title, and subtitles. If you do not provide these details, we will use your name as the title and find a suitable image for the disc. |

If you would rather not have a label on your disc, we will deliver the disc with a flush-white face. |
|

Image Cropping and Rotating |

Your order includes cropping and rotating for all images scanned. Additionally, organize your files into as many folders as you'd like. |

|
|

If you can find another company that offers the same combination of service and professionalism that we do, we guarantee we will beat their prices. |

Turn-Around / RUSH |

Typically, we finish orders in 2-4 days. However, please allow up to one week based upon our current workload and the size of your order. |

If your order is over 2000 photos, 1500 slides or negatives, or 25 videos, additional time may be required. |
|
|

RUSH orders: If you need your order processed and returned within 24 hours, please contact us. If we can accommodate your RUSH order, a fee equaling 30% of your order ($30.00 minimum) will be added. |

We maintain a copy of your files in our system for at least 30 days from the date your order is shipped back. This serves two purposes: |

In the unfortunate and unlikely event that damage occurs to your order during return shipment, we will still have a copy of your files. We will recreate your discs at no cost. |

You will retain the option of ordering additional disc copies. |
